In 1992, Kevin founded Perennial Management Limited, a property management company. This venture marked the beginnings of KMK Capital Inc. Under Kevin’s leadership, the KMK Capital group of companies now contains over 40 companies that deal with all aspects of real estate development, including land acquisition and development, construction, engineering, property management and sales and leasing. Kevin is focused on leading KMK Capital Inc.’s growth in the United States and across Canada while providing leadership and guidance to the KMK Capital executive for all existing operations.

Kevin is a cabinet member for SPCA The Way Home campaign and a former board member of the Janeway Foundation. He has been honoured with the EY Entrepreneur of the Year in the real estate and construction category for Atlantic Canada. Over the years, Kevin has provided support to many charities.
